Performance Monitoring of a Complex Facial Recognition Application

At this moment our own biometric site* is being monitored by the BioUptime.

We had launched MyFaceTwins.com as the world’s first fully dynamic online community based on biometric facial recognition. The facial recognition engine, Faceum, which serves the community had to be continuously monitored in order to ensure maximum uptime and operational performance.

We needed to be notified as soon as  a problem occurred. Further, we had to be able to proactively detect and respond to outages or any performance deterioration regarding e.g. Transaction Time for enrollment of biometric data or 1-to-many matching searches to name a few metrics.

*In fact, all our websites are currently being monitored by BioUptime, the integration was fast and easy.
